There has been a steady increase in the number of children with food allergies requiring emergency medical care for undiagnosed anaphylactic reactions. Anaphylaxis happens rapidly and even seconds count. By providing training on signs and symptoms of an allergic reaction and quick access to the single most effective treatment, Epinephrine, it will allow medical aid to be administered in a much timelier manner.
This course will train you on the rules for the P-card Program. Upon completion of this course and after passing the assessment, you will be able to begin using your P-card.
